Hi! I'm Kelsey

Easily described as wife, dog mom, RDH, biologist, biohacking expert, mentor and business owner.

But in reality, I am so much more than that.

And so are you.

We've been taught one way of doing things, and it's left most of us unfulfilled and not feeling our best, but also unsure how to create something different. That doesn't mean we have to stay there.

I spent years reversing an autoimmune condition. The foundational tools of biohacking to health are exactly what I teach in my courses. We are MEANT to feel amazing.

It's our birthright.

But I also found, that even after my healing journey, I was ignoring one of the most taxing areas of my life, my Dental Hygiene career. I healed my body in the physical sense but was still so unhappy in my clinical career that it affected all areas of my life.

I had a deep desire to help others, but to also take my life back. I'd found my health again, but I hadn't taken my time back.

No more 11-hour days. No more missing family moments. No more working overtime for a few extra dollars on my paycheck. So, I made a change and learned how to connect true health and wealth. Now I get the opportunity to help you do the same. It's time to break free from who we think we should be and start living the fulfilling, healthy lives we deserve.
